Broke the world record today..ya im not bullshitting k.. but i was just one of the many many ppl at sentosa today, making the world longest popiah haa.. strange huh.. My friend asked me a few days ago wanna go ornot, since i nothing to do, just go lor. So there I was, at sentosa, making popiah..n tasted a little bit of my own popiah haa..
Anyway, initially was there with ricoh ppl, but then their seats filled up, then was lingering around till the rain came.. and ppl left their seats cos its wet.. well, tts how i got my seats haa.. someone up there helping me.. anyway, was talking to the 2 little gal there, very cute haa.. no no.. im not tt desperate k..
The event is organised by welfare services club of NTU, my very own uni.. then saw a friend who was there.. initially found him familiar..but cant remember where see him le..then finally discovered its my bmtc mate, but different section one. And when they are collecting the popiah, was tok cocking with one of the gal from wsc, after i identified myself as from ntu also. Now have a good impression of the club, are the people there this nice too? haa..

In any case, I spent the whole day at sentosa, walking and slacking around watching people..relax day...being at an event where i have no obligation and nothing for me to do..help ppl when i feel like it..tts life..

one week since my last post le..iceskating..ktv-ing...dinner-ing...movie-ing... tts my life.. spend n spend haiz... jialat...

Anyway, i gotten my bus law major.. the hard work starts now, taking 2 majors.. ok not now, i can still slack 1 more month. but then this one month be busy busy also, union side got problem liao haiz...stupid union, own ppl fight own ppl one.. idiotic morons..


actually have nothing much to blog about la, tts why the last post is one week ago.. daily activities are nothing interesting to blog about, nor interesting for u to read about. Thats what my life is about now, boring n boredom.

Streaming is out, Im in marketing, my first choice. Kind of expected I will get in, even though they say the criteria is minimum B in marketing. Anyway, I applied for my second major also le, first choice is bus law, took it cos think its interesting...so hope turn out to be so la, but depends on whether i can get it first. Cos its like i only just met the criteria for second major, my friend whos overall grade was only one grade lower than me wasnt offered it, so guessed im at the lower end of those being offered. As again, they said they are only offering to the top 20% of the cohort, but dont think im part of tt lor, how can someone who got 3C be in top 20% ??? haa... they talk big only...

Still dunno what i want to do with my life..but i got 2 more years to think abt it. Whats the point of living? haiz...

Been watching anime recently.. finally finished Full metal alchemist, quite nice. Sometimes, Im really impressed how these writers can think of such deep plots, a different world outside of our world. Imagination is not such a bad thing after all huh, and Japanese manga writer are really creative.

Been following quite a few anime now, namely Naruto(of course manz..), Bleach(another great anime), Tsubasa Chronicle( more mild one, but still very nice), Eyeshield21( abt american football one). Sometimes in these anime, you do find some words of wisdom too, and you can see the ideology that the writer is trying to convey, his ideas etc.. if u cannot sense it, it means u believe in it la, or you dont get it at all. AiR, the anime that I still dont get what they talking about.

But of course, not every anime is nice. Most of the times, I looked at the number of downloads its getting before downloading it, and as such, there are only 2 types of anime thats popular. one is those fight fight adventurous one, the other is sex appeal one...

Watching anime lure me away from my tv as well, and now I no longer watch any show on tv le, maybe except for guess3. TV script writers are just not as good. Tts why u always can find me online one haa.. cos im just watching anime =P

and ya, theres this other thing that happen...
I opened up my pc the other day to clean the cpu fan, and removing it together with the heatsink, the whole processor came off with it.. wth.. the processor stick to the sink lor.. like melted like tt... then i was thinking siao liao... managed to remove it, put it back, then my pc wont boot up lor... tried the whole night lor...
then morning woke up tried again, still cannot.. was planning to go simlim buy liao lor.. then i showed my sisters the processor mah, educating them haa.. after i put it back, try oning.. haa.. then can liao... heng sia.. thought i going to spend 300 liao...

not the first time i spoil something in my pc b4 la.. but this is the most ex one.. Anyway, tts why i seldom help ppl do things for their pc one, cos scare damage..but i always meddle with my own one la, at least i dont have to be responsible to others. :)

exam over le, on wednesday actually..badly done one, cos all questions tt i expect to come out, and the only that i concentrate on, never come out at all, so was pretty much depending on things that I can remember from my classes, and field trip. But anyway, I may not need the AUs after all.. cos if i got a place in the double specialisation programme, then this will be redundant, though im still pondering whether to take double specialisation, cos workload be much greater, since the second specialisation will counts towards my honours as well. If i take only a minor, the grades wont matter, tts the difference. But right now, my mind is slightly towards taking it la, cos if i can take, then why not. Maybe will see the bus law tutor who gave me E for participation again...I will make sure he remember my name this time round =P

Anyway, I went over to JB few days ago, supposedly a class outing, but with only 4person, can you call that a class outing? Anyway, was over at city plaza, heard from my friend its opened by singaporean, and really looked nothing different from a singapore shopping centre. Anyway, good thing about JB is the food is cheap, so can eat zi cha without worrying about the money. one normal dish can cost around 8 to 10 ringgit, pretty much same as in singapore, so its around half the pricing. But of course, if u eat seafood will be much more ex la, but still be cheaper than in singapore.

For the rest of the days, I did pretty much nothing la, just staying at home watching my anime.. slacking my life away.. but also busy with the union thingy.. hopes everything goes well.

No mood to study.. jialat.. anyway, cos of my work for the last 4 days, been dreaming about it as well haa..

Heres my tagline for the past few days:

If you look carefully at the processor used(pointing to the brochure), its a LV processor, which means its a low voltage processor, so it doesnt produces as much heat as some other normal laptops. you can feel the heat on the laptop( stroking my hand on the keyboard), its not tt hot, even though the laptop have been on since 10plus. Normally laptop heat up quite fast, but this doesnt.

If you looked at the casing, its all covered in metal, magnesium alloy(tapping on the casing). this way, its more durable, and we dont use some other cheap plastic that other brands use.

What type of laptops are you looking for, portable or one with more features?(customer usually say portable) If you are looking for portable one, this will be quite nice, cos its only 1.3kg. And normally, for this kind of lightweight model, it will normally cost around 2.5k. And for our model, original price is $2999, now for this show, its a newly launched model, so its price is only $1999, very worth it.

For samsung right, their model is made mostly of samsung. their hard disk, their ram, their lcd, all samsung. So you can be assured of top quality inside. for other brands, you dont know what they put inside, so they may put some unknown brands of poorer quality inside, you also wont know. but samsung, you can be assured that inside is top quality.

(last day) And becos this is the last day ( or last x hrs), we are giving away this external combo drive for free. (most discovered its external, not internal drive only now, so i will say something gd la) this external drive is by firewire, so it doesnt need an external power. Normally for external drive, it connects by usb, so it will need an additional power port. However, for our drive, becos its by firewire, it doesnt need an external power port, so its quite mobile, you can use it anywhere, and its quite light as well.

(now they ask abt battery life) its 3hrs. but our battery is made in japan, and it only take 1.5hrs to recharge fully. There is also a battery indicator at the bottom, so you dont have to switch on the laptop to know how much power you have left.

Anyway, for those interested to know(think u will be since u read till now), the model im talking about above is Q25, their newest model. They have 5models in all, but only got this model i got a lot to talk above, as you can see above, tts why all models i sold is this one haa..

Anyway, those above is my sop(standard operating procedure), also got some extra things to say la, like got sd card n memory stick slot ar..warranty ar...but most of the times, after i said the above, they will be quite interested liao la. but then i only devised the tagline on the last day, tts why first 3days nvr sold anything la. Last day i more experience le, saw how ppl promote le, tts why can sell haa..

think tts all la, wrote this down, then 3 months later still can use haa..but hope i dont sell samsung again =P

gonna blog first before i resume my studies.

Been working for the past 4days at the pcshow, selling samsung laptops.. which is like so hard to sell lor. No sales for the first 3days, and that really made me demoralised lor.. but luckily yesterday sold quite a few sets, so at least made the 4days worthwhile le. Then theres also this gal next door, at the mp3 player booth.. damn chio.. looked like the hk star lee san san.. the one who acted in unbeatables3 one. tanned too, very pretty..

but anyway, my colleagues are all very nice.. my in charge is ntu grad, my colleagues, one is my classmate, then got 2 is jjc junior...n also a indo chin whos studying at poly now.. very fun to work with them.. they just make my work more enjoyable.. joe..jiafeng...michael... jiafeng is the youngest there..always like to hit her head with the broachures haa.. damn fun... =P all in all, its been a enjoyable experience working with them.. hope to see them at the next show.

4 days of standing more than 10hrs each..back n legs also tired le.. these 4days seemed extremely slow..but there is still a sense of regret when the show ends.. cos its like i wont see them for some time le. But then now gotta concentrate on my studying le.. exam in 2 days time argh...
