was fairly dissappointed with my class actually, they dont care about the teachers that once guided them, they dont care about the school that they spent 2 yrs in. Am i the only one being sentimental here?

When I asked them wanna go back ornot, some of them can tell me "Go back for what?". When I had problems with my studies, I looked for my teachers, and they are always there to help me. Some of them may do it out of obligations, while others go out of their way to help me. Ultimately, they were the ones who helped me to where I am today.

The higher you go, the less humane you become.

another event over, and the end of my term in union. Now undecided whether to start another term..kinda worried abt my studies also, cos this is the critical yr for me.

Meanwhile, I got something else to worry abt.. my assignment.. still dunno what I want to do for it yet.. thinking thinking, but i cant get my creative juice working..

what the hell... got 2 nonsence call today... first one seem like an international call, cos the number very long one.. dunno who divulge my contacts out sia... suddenly ppl from outer space called me one.. speaking a language I dunno of. Thats it... Im not going to accept any more private calls!

Anyway, I was down at marina on sunday nite, for the last fireworks cum concert for national day. The fireworks was comparable to what I seen for the previous 2, and theres this special one that i really like, the one that looked like gold dust, sprinkling down like rain. And its especially nice when they fired a lot of it at once, and the whole sky rained down.. Its hard to describe here also, you have to see it to feel it.

And during the concert, when sheikh haikel was on, heres what he asked the crowd whether they are happy, and some of them replied no.. heres what he said afterwards: " some of u daringly said no har... wait till I come down and sit on you, then you will feel worse".. can see hes really pissed off haa.. but who cares anyway..

Time for a nap.. nitez...

Finally finished my self assessment le.. been a drag watching my awful presentation over n over again...i sucks man haa..
Im getting stress up now already, self inflicted, considering my tutors are slackier than others.

Went down to marina yest again, to watch yet another fireworks, this time much nearer to the firing area. Even though I said previously that fireworks is getting duller for me, this one did manage to delight me a little, cos saw a few fireworks that I had never seen before. Theres one that looked like a balloon floating around, really interesting..Will be there again on the 14th.

Was watching the ndp just now..kinda boring to watch it alone, especially when I heard those songs they sang, and feel like joining them so much, but the only possible ppl that could sing with me are those I couldnt see. I always like national songs, and always enjoyed those celebration in schs in the past, but now, i think people will say i siao if I ask them to join me in watching the parade together. Am I the only nation lover here?

I was particularly intrigued by the fact that most politicians didnt say their pledge nor sing the national anthem during the ndp, while last time in secondary school, those who were caught not singing will be pulled out and reprimanded. And theres even this once all classes forced to attend singing lessons by the principal, and in jc, the whole sch were held back to sing the anthem once more. So why do they not open their mouth and express a tint of Singaporean pride?

Kinda fast that my long weekend is now over, and in less than 48hrs, I will present a project thats 25% of the module. Shrucks...

Anyway, its been sometime since I really blogged, dont really feel like blogging especially when I was busy, or when I felt busy. Nevertheless, here I am, feeling a little free now haa...

Been to the concert cum fireworks festival last night, think the fireworks will be great for people who seldom get a chance to see it, cos its quite a long one. But for me, the more I watch fireworks, the duller it gets for me. Im more interested in the concert, and in watching Emil Chau perform, but disappointingly, he only came out and penned 3 songs with mayday. But kudos to mayday for singing more than 10songs out there though..great for mayday fans..

Anyway, the highlight of my wkend wasnt on the fireworks nor the concert, but rather it was the vball gathering cum swee belated bday celebration. Always nice to be with them, having fun suaning one another. This time we are at swee hse, and his mum really prepared a lot of food, not to mention we ordered pizzas! There were fried beehoon, curry chicken, chicken nuggets, hotdogs, spicy prawns(which i dont eat of course), salads. His mum cooking was really nice...I missed my mum cooking..

Managed to convince the gals to stay behind, even though initially they didnt plan to, but piggy as usual was slping all the way haa..cant blame her though, cos she got tuition in the morning. Most of us ended up playing ps2, playing naruto thruout the nite, till around 3 then tried to "entertain" milky by getting her to play fatal frame..managed to scare her once before we changed game, cos everyone getting bored le haa..In the end, we played topshop board game to the morning.. Its not what we do tts impt, its the company of each other, their time is what I treasured.

Anyway, its one week since the zouk event le..didnt want to blog about it cos I think its a failure. The crowd jus wasnt there, all thanks to uoc chair who placed his event right before us on the same wk. Stupid organisation.. In any case, the event is over, and I wont be staying in union le. Too many conflicts begrudging this inefficient organisation.

Set myself a few high targets for the coming months, anticipating myself to get really stress soon. Already deleted the only game I played from my comp, and seldom touched my tv at all for the past few weeks le. My only entertainment now is the weekly animes n drama now, the rest of the time will be dedicated to studies. Sound like a nerd? Guess its inevitable cos mkting job prospects are not really gd, and a higher honours will aid me in time to come. Wondering whether I should have gone for bnf as second specification now, at least it gives me a way out, but then again, I wouldnt have gone in anyway.

Time to watch my jap drama Uzimaru le, a really nice show abt divers in the navy. Have a great national day everyone!

Finally got the 'blog this' icon up there, and i removed all the other things like the google search button etc haa.. anyway, tagboard is still down, so got to make do with it for the time being.

Anyway, as I was saying, there will be 4 concerts in this month to celebrate national day. Heres the list of artist coming: Mayday, emil chou, FIR, Machi, Chen Songling, Evonne, tanya, sweety, wenlan and some others. I want to watch this sat one definitely, cos emil chou will be there, I grew up with his songs! hee..
