Would you invite someone who you have not keep in contact for 7/10years? I wouldn't even think of that, but apparently I have friends who does. Received 2 invitations in the last couple of days, from friends whom I definitely did not speak to in the last few years, and probably only exchanged a few words in the years before that. I find it weird, and no.. I won't be attending.

It's amazing/fasincating that so many coupons website popped out in the last few months, something not unlike the bubble tea boom. A simple idea of getting retailers to give deep discounts, in return for a certain volume, it's a very good business idea.

And it is thanks to this, particularly Groupon, that I did a couple of things I wouldn't have done. Went kayaking last month at Pulau Ubin, and on last Thursday, went to a self-shot photography studio.

Can you believe this cost only 10 bucks?

For a mere 10bucks, I get 30mins in the studio, camera lightings set up beforehand, with a wireless remote handed to me. Any number of people are allowed in the photo, and best of all, I get all the photos in a DVD. Yes ALL the photos!! How great is that, and we fully utilise the offer, taking 405photos in that 30mins, which works out to 1photo every 5s!

Even at it's original price($68), it's a steal. I think everyone should go take a shot.. while you are still young and look good. Trust me, you are not going to look the same in 5yrs time.

I hate it when friends who have not stayed in contact for some time, call or msg saying they want to meet and catch up, only to have some other motives in mind. At that moment, they fell out of my friends category.
